Eligibility for Exchange: Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for damaged products. Additionally, if the product is damaged, customers must provide a clear photo of the damaged item as proof of its condition.
Exchange Method: Exchanges will be processed for the same product; if it's not available, a full refund will be issued.
Product Return: Customers are required to return the damaged product in its original condition and packaging. The customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.
